Delegates at the Conference will get time throughout the day to come and wander round the vendor tables which will be situated directly outside the main conference room on the main hallway of the hotel.

The table costs do not include any food or refreshments provided by the hotel as when the refreshments are provided is prime time for people to come and meet you.  You are therefore welcome to bring your own lunch and refreshments. You can also take advantage of the hotel’s own bar and restaurant menus. If, however, you would like to be include in the hotel catering provided for the delegates you can add them above. The charge is £50 per person.
